What I heard, and it is still early on, was that the shot were fired through a door, so the intent may not have been to kill Taylor. Being shot in the leg also points to murder not being the motive. Either way, this is very sad. 24 years old is to young to go.

My thoughts: #1- The cop wasn't as clear as he could have been. As you said Jhony, if he had told the "victim" that he would be arrested if he refused to sign the paper, it may have remedied this situation before it escalated. He also seems rather unsure of why he actually pulled the guy over- and in this video anyway, never gave him his busted at speed. Also, I think a taser warning should have happened. This situation wasn't so pronounced that it still couldn't be handled, and this officers ego didn't help anything. This situation should have never escalated to the point of bringing out the taser. BUT... #2- If a cop tells you to turn around and put your hands behind your back- you do it. Plain and simple. The "victim" was argumentative and repeatedly failed to do what he was told. People that don't do what cops tell them could very well be putting the cops in immediate danger. Like the cop said "The side of the road isn't the place to argue this." He deserved to get tasered. Who's at fault? Both of them. The cop for being a power hungry jerk, and the "victim" for not doing what he was told.

I have to agree. Defense of property is not (or should not be, if it is somewhere) a viable reason to kill someone.

She is a dispicable human being. I have no issue with people targeting this family business for boycott, I do however have issue with their home address being posted, as they have kids of their own that don't need tobecome victims of vindictive asswipes.

I have no issue with TJ's debate skills. He acts like an adult, provides facts, and doesn't let personal feelings get in the way of a good discussion. He has also been very helpful to newer members who have a hard time getting a hang of this kind of boards features- in oder to help them organize their thoughts in a way that betters the debate. I look forward to future debates with TimesJoke, and am glad that he made it through the junk at GF to find this place.

From what I have seen of Brotherman's debate skills, I have no issue with. I have seen him mostly stay on topic, I have seen him post clear, thought provoking ideas, and very rarely does he resort to name calling when he gets flustered. These are excellent addition to a decent debate. Brotherman is welcome in any debate that I start.

No, it wouldn't be trolling, nor would it be considered spying or stalking. It would be using the sites security measures, entrusted to you by those in control, to keep the site safe and help keep the members content- which is a moderator/Administrator's responsibility. It has always been your presentation that has needed work. For example: You want to call me a hypocrite and a control freak? Cool. Go for it. Say it, and make your point. But then move on. His debate skills can be very good. But unfortunately, he gets stuck on his "everyone's a hypocrite but me" kick and gets sidetracked. Some examples here: He refuses to move past disagreements with anyone (most of his comments and attacks here are simply residual effects from him being banned at http://www.2thejungle.com) A few examples: ^^This all happened over a year ago, at a completely different site... Ultimately, this is who he is, and why he eventually gets banned from every board he goes to. I think he is a decent guy, but he has serious issues in dealing with people in a non-confrontational manner- and when he gets upset, he acts like a child- throwing a hey-everybody-lookit-me tantrum. Going around calling everyone hypocrites will cause people to not want to interact with you. Do it repeatedly, and they will be annoyed with you. Make it your life mission, and you will likely be on a board all by yourself, because everyone else will leave (or admins will "encourage" you to leave before everyone else does.) This is nothing new for Wez. You would think he would learn, but he won't. Timesjoke offered him some very decent, non-hateful, advice about previewing his post before he submits it (which Wez has been told many times before by others) and Wez jumped his ass for it. You all saw his obsessiveness in wanting me to discuss something unrelated to this board (and frankly is old news)- he kept pushing and pushing and pushing. He is a troll. Plain and simple. He could be more, but he refuses to try. Ultimately he will turn every post here into his little vendetta against me, TimesJoke, and now you, Brotherman (and if he knew who Bender was, I think he would go after him as well) and his never ending attempts to proves us inferior to him. He posts my messages to him and makes himself look like an ass. Babiebec over there tried to do the same thing. He jumped her case. Phreak tried to help him at GF. Told him about proofreading, previewing, and even editing posts. He jumped on Phreaks ass then too. Just like he did with TimesJoke here. He thinks we're all control freaks. It isn't about control Wez, like you think it is, it's about trying to help you see that your ideas are better presented if you take a bit of time to think about it and how you present it.
