Just to clue you in Ren, you just got here and already your accusing a long time member of being my mouthpiece, just how exactly did you come up with that assumption of snaf so fast? Just because he sees through your lie of not comming here to flame me or otherwise try to get some traction to turn people here against me? Ren, you are the stalker, not me. The pm you responded to was from Haq who is also from the same forum and part of your little click. You have ran to other forums to flame me many, many times while I have never followed you to start trouble for you anywhere else. A stalker follows their target around, and this is exactly what describes you and Haq, not me. If you want to be a real part of this forum and not just come here to flame I welcome you with open arms, but really, when was the last time you created a thread at the other forum? December 15th 2009 was the last time you ever made a thread, so if you want to get involved, please do so, it would be something I have not seen from you in over 2 years now. But if you can't even be active and get involved in a forum you are a staff member in, can you really get involved anywhere else?

It is one thing to monitor even a chat session on a laptop, I would find that bad also but to actually be able to peek into the bedrooms anytime they wanted and nobody would know........ That is just a completely different thing to me.

This is the same Ren that photoshoped my signature placing a cokk in my mouth then posted it on a completely uninvolved forum to try and "get even" with me through flames on that board. Now to chase that obsession she is here doing the same thing here....chasing her anger. There is an old saying, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and Ren is certainly scorned, bitter, and filled to the brim with hate. Why she feels compelled to go to uninvolved forums to chase me around the internet I have no idea, she reminds me of the thing Wez had for eddo. Being as Ren decided to bring her fight to this forum I will explain what got her to this point, a couple years ago Ren decided to join forces with a guy who was running a Diablo 2 private server and his name is Alex. Ren decided in her desire to get in good with this Alex she would abuse her moderator powers and delete any threads that showed any complaint about Alex or his private server (called Apoc realm). I have a very long and established issue with people who abuse these rules even on this forum so it should be no surprise that I took issue with this censorship. But do not take my word for it, all the other moderators had to step in and stop her wrong actions, I had nothing to do with that. But recently, this same Alex who she was defending has tossed her aside, banned her from his realms and server and has been talking about her like a dog and I admit to taking a certain degree of satisfaction in telling her and other people "I TOLD YOU SO". And now I am in the crosshairs, lol. Anyway, as usual there is a lot more to things than what we can make clear in even several posts, suffice it to say this is not a new issue but instead a very, very old score that Ren is chasing around the internet now that I decided to be the bigger man and step away and take a break from that other forum that is now purely negative. Now that I have done this I would like to point out that issues and problems happening on other forums do not belong on this forum, I offer two segments of our rules that apply to this post: Ren and the other poster who most likely is another old 'friend' of mine who usually goes by the name Haq joined this community only to flame, not to be a part of this community, they are motivated only by a desire for revenge. I do not believe that kind of motivation is noble or deserving of respect but it is up to this community and management to make that decision.

Well, I got my tat but I let a friend keep my camera to take pictures of a tat his wife was getting after me. He will give me my camera in the morning and I will see about posting a picture, but it was very red and some of the details did not show well, it will look better after it heals and that I understand can take a couple weeks to get 100%. snaf buddy, I sure wish you well, I know you have commented on many, many issues you have had to deal with and I am sure your just painting with broad strokes on the forum. Hang in there my friend, everything finds a balancing point sooner or later where you can get your feet back under you.

Did you consider you giving the warning to your brother was why he let the boy go on the visit? Let the child get away and try to avoid your prediction? You said "a cast or bandaged" and that allows a very wide degree of things to fulfill the prophecy. And maybe you traded one for the other? Maybe the image was not clear because one set of actions would have led to a cast, the other set would be a bandage....... I do believe in things like connections with loved ones through the spirit, even those who do not believe in God can usually agree that our bodies are controlled by energy and these energies could find all sorts of ways to interact with other energies. But fortune telling......I doubt that, but I leave room to consider that just about anything is possible. Let's hope the shower thing is not real, I hope I never have to feel concerned to take a bath, it must be difficult for you.

Well is it possible that by talking about the possibility of an accident it leads to a series of events that actually cause the accident? Could his moving to the back seat have delayed the departure of the vehicle putting the vehicle in the path for the accident for example? If he had just jumped in and the car leave they could have driven just a tiny bit further down the road and avoided the accident completely. My point is "self-fulfilling prophecy" and how the power of suggestion can actually make it appear like someone predicted the future but they instead caused the events to happen by planting the seed of suggestion.

Well I believe they are going for class action status and that would include all the over 2k students who have the laptops. The really hard part for the school will be to prove they never accessed the laptops for any other reason than to find stolen ones. They have at least one time a student was subjected to punnishment derived from pictures taken by the school from a computer that was not reported stolen so even without any logs that puts the school in a very bad possition. They have an endless number of students who were reporting the lights comming on for the camera on a regular basis but when they reported this to the school, the school just said the lights were a glitch and did not mean anything. Now we know it did mean something. Okay, as long as nothing changes, I should be getting my tattoo tonight, we are getting together late this afternoon with new drawings and as long as I feel good about what she has put together, I will sit in the chair tonight. Right now we are leaning away from the wings and she is making her own image inspired by this image. If this happens I will post a photo, wishe me luck, lol. Oh, if anyone sees a cool image of a clock/time representation please let me know, I am already planning my second tattoo and I want it to be about time. I would really like something original but I would need some direct involvement from a true artist who can create from scratch. This tattoo lady seems pretty good on adapting but I don't get the feeling she has talent starting from zero. My idea for the other peice would have images representing the passage of time and the names of my three children to represent that time passes, but we live on through our children.

I can understand the "issues on the mind" stuff but the idea that 'something' good is comming like where you mention 'money luck' and 'help is on the way' etc....that all seems to be mentioning things comming, not already here. If we believe in seeing the future, and that leads to ideas like fate, then is there really choice in our lives?

I hope it does work out for you snaf, I never really put much stock into dreams or other methods of future telling. I think it is just a way of trying to bolster the spirits of people fearful of the unknown but maybe if this works out and you come back in a week and say something big has happened, maybe I could start considering there is more to this stuff.

The real point is if they are keeping remote control over the laptops then they can snoop into anything the computer is capable of, including the built in microphone and watching chat messages too. The school is acting like this is no big deal and someone should be going to prison. Snaf is right, all they have to do is delete the logs and nobody knows for sure how many times these computers were remotely accessed but we know for sure they were not just loging on to computers for the purpose of finding lost ones otherwise they would not have tried to accuse the boy in the story of selling drugs. There is no way they can claim they never saw a child in some state of undress. This to me is huge. I saw a copy of an email the principle put out saying they did have the ability to remotely access the computers but that they never misused that ability. So how does he explain the picture the vice principle used against the child to punnish him for things done at home? That blows his entire comment out of the water. I think someone is going to be in big, big trouble.

School Spying Case In Pennsylvania Liveshots The school webcam spy case continues to spark questions about student security and school administrators' rights in Philadelphia. Last week, a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed against the Lower Merion School District, its board of directors and the superintendent for allegedly violating the privacy of a 15-year-old student at Harriton High School by remotely activating the webcam inside a school-issued laptop computer. Now, the FBI has reportedly opened an investigation into the case to see if there were any federal wiretap or computer-intrusion laws that were violated. Blake Robbins and his 18-year-old sister both attend Harriton High School and were among the 2,300 students in the district to receive the Apple laptops. All students and their parents had to sign a "memorandum of understanding" to take the laptops home with wording that explained the rules and regulations that came along with the computers. The paperwork did not include the disclosure that the school district had the ability to remotely activate the embedded webcams at any time, without student's permission. Last November, Blake Robbins was called to the office by the vice principal to talk about what she called his "improper behavior" at home. Vice Principal Lindy Matsko allegedly cited as evidence a photograph taken with the computer's webcam that had been activated in Blake's bedroom. Robbins claims that the Matsko accused him of selling drugs when she saw him holding up what she believed to be pills. The 15-year-old says he was simply holding his favorite candy, "Mike And Ikes," which are small oblong, chewy jelly beans. Blake's mother Holly backs up her son's claim that he is constantly eating the candy, and believes that he was not selling drugs. She and her husband Mike are extremely concerned that the school district turned on their son's webcam and feel it was a gross invasion of privacy inside their home. The mother of two says it felt like discovering a Peeping Tom in their house. School district officials say the only time they ever turn on the webcams is when one of the school-issued laptops have been reported lost, stolen or missing, so that they can try to track them down. They concede that the wording in the laptop policy was not sufficient, and did not explain the security feature, but insist that they never spied on students. Lower Merion officials say that they turned the cameras on 42 times in the past 14 months, which helped them recover 28 missing laptops. "It is not legal for anybody, the government, the police, or the school district, without some sort of warrant or some kind of invitation to come into your home and record what you are doing, or what you are saying," said Mark Haltzman, the Robbins' attorney. The LMSD issued a statement Friday to parents and students, stating that the webcams have been deactivated while a thorough review of the case -- and policy -- moves forward. Reaction among students is mixed. Some students tell Fox News that they want to learn more facts before casting judgment on their vice principal and other school administrators. Others say they will only use their computers with a piece of tape over the camera's eye. With the alleged incident happening in November of last year, Victoria Zuzelo, vice president of the student council at Harriton High, says she wants to know why it took so long for all of this to come out. So....if they "ONLY" turn on the webcams remotely to find laptops that are missing, why was the vice principle calling students into the office to confront them with photos takes from the web cams? I believe the school was snooping and it is more disturbing because these laptops would be in children's bedrooms where the cameras being turn on without anyone knowing could possibly get images of the children being undressed. I think whoever gave the final permission of school officials to snoop in this way as well as any who actually had done the snooping into bedrooms should go to jail. There is no excuse for remotely turning on the cameras without permission from the children and parents. I don't even think the 'stolen' excuse is valid, lets say it was stolen and when the camers is turned on it is inside a women's shower, who takes responsibility for the now captured porn? Not their fault? Besides, this child's computer was not stolen, it was in his possession and the vice principle was using the illegally obtained photos to try and accuse the child of drug involvement......no, there is no way they can claim they were not snooping on purpose.
