  1. I'm still looking for any cool pictures of clocks or hourglasses to use as inspiration for my second tattoo. My third tattoo will include something inspired from Alice in wonderland but Alice will have finally cought the rabbit, took his pocketwatch, and killed the rabbit, or at least have his on the ground with her foot on him, I am not 100% decided on if Alice will kill the rabbit or not.
  2. So did anyone change their mind about supporting the Democrat's method of healthcare reform based on the so called summit? I have to say I mostly saw an Obama desperately trying to look for excuses to point fingers at the Republicans. Yes, we need reform, but there are many, many ways to accomplish reform that does not require a massive tax and power grab like Obama is asking for. I support several of the ideas Obama and other liberals have offered, but most of what they are doing is not needed, will not decrease costs, and will only further drive America into debt spending money we do not have. IMHO
  3. That was funny as hell. But consider just how bad Obama must have turned for even Cooper to turn away from what he is doing.
  4. Well I certainly was not embracing his entire lifetime of writings, just this one that seems to be dead on and this comming from a very loyal Democrat. I expect republican groups and people to say things I agree with, but when even the loyal liberal guys are saying Obama should start over, that to me is meaningful.
  5. Well said, a little personal responsibility on her part would have gone a long way, too late to try and complain now.
  6. Interesting concept for locking someone up. I believe every man and woman in America could fit that same description from certain people who do not like them. It is easy to find flaws if that is all your looking for because we are all flawed creatures. I don't find his rap more offensive than most of the other big names in the industry. They seem to all generally put out the same crap with few exceptions. I don't like it, but I would not put anyone in prison over it either. I doubt the woman has much of a case and there really is no need for 50 cent to try and save face so there should be no settlement. Waste of time if you ask me.
  7. Here is one liberal guy I completely agree with: Anderson Cooper 360: Blog Archive - The Blair House Health Summit: Missing Pat Moynihan - Blogs from CNN.com It is easy to be sympathetic with President Obama?s attempt to revive health care reform by embarking on a big, new gamble this week. After all, he campaigned on health reform, has made it the signature issue of his presidency, and according to those around him in the White House, focuses on it almost to the point of obsession. Like many of his predecessors, Mr. Obama seems deeply moved by past health care struggles of a close family member ? in this case, his mother. So, the President deserves a significant measure of respect for trying to get reform across the goal line. He has already come closer than any of seven other presidents who have tried. Now he and his aides believe it imperative to give one last try. But one should not underestimate the size of the gamble. The President and Democrats are already in political trouble for spending a full year on health reform and then hitting a wall. A more cautious president would have walked quietly away from the scene of the accident. Indeed, that?s what Mr. Obama appeared to be doing in his recent State of the Union, insisting that he now focus on jobs and not mentioning health care until he was a half hour into the speech. But he was apparently itching to try again and when he had a bravura performance, with cameras rolling, as he paid a call on House Republicans in Baltimore, a light bulb went off in the White House: let?s have a ?summit? at Blair House with Republicans and Democrats. If the President, they thought, can once again dazzle in debate with Republicans, that will light a new fire behind reform and maybe ? just maybe ? it will then pass. So, Mr. Obama is doubling down on his bet. If he succeeds, he could not only revive health care but his presidency. If he fails, however, he will deliver a second body blow to himself and his party. And prospects for passage of a comprehensive bill are uncertain at best: while looking better in the Senate, the House could go either way. So this is a big gamble. Hovering over Blair House is an even bigger question: Even if it were possible for Mr. Obama to succeed, is it wise? Given current conditions, would passage of his comprehensive bill be in the best interests of the country? There is no right answer to those questions ? much depends on what you think about the substance of the bill. But there is a deeper wisdom from the past that ought to be considered, too. It was taught to me back in the 1990s by Daniel Patrick Moynihan, one of the brightest lights ever to serve in the U.S. Senate and a personal friend. Pat was then chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, I had just joined up with President Bill Clinton at the White House, and a titanic struggle was underway over the Clintons? efforts to reform health care. Moynihan, a Democrat, told me that there were two essential pre-requisites to passing major social reform in this country. The first, he said, was that landmark social legislation should be passed with significant, bipartisan support from both sides of the aisle ? otherwise, there would always be trouble with it. He sent me the vote tallies to show how at least a half dozen or more Senators from the opposition party voted for big social initiatives stretching back to the New Deal ? from Social Security in the 1930s the civil rights bills of the mid-60s and Medicare and Medicaid bundled together in 1965. Secondly, he said, landmark social legislation should enjoy solid support from the public before it is passed. Again, history bears out his point. Presumably, the fact that major legislation enjoyed bipartisan support in Congress helped to build up majority support in the country. It is sobering ? and should give us pause ? that the comprehensive health care bill now under debate meets neither test. In the House, only one Republican has voted in favor (and has since changed his mind) and not a single Republican in the Senate. People can argue till the cows come home about why. The point is that passage of this omnibus bill through the reconciliation process would be a strictly partisan affair ? a sharp break from recent history. Just as important, the public doesn?t want Washington to do this. Averaging up the results of ten major polls over the past month, Real Clear Politics finds that opinion is running 52-38 percent against passage of the Obama/Democratic plan. There has been some tightening of late in the Democrats? favor, but the margin against is still the most negative in memory for major social legislation. Today, CNN released a new poll, just out of the field, showing that only 25 percent want Congress to pass this big bill, 48 percent want Congress to start over, and 25 percent want to stop working on health care. Those are important results. It is possible that President Obama can turn opinion around in the Democrats? favor through the Blair House summit. Again, one should accord the President great respect for trying. But if he is unable to win Republicans to his side AND if he is unable to win over the public, doesn?t that suggest that he should reconsider? Should he not think again about the recommendation of his own chief of staff ? to take a handful of the best ideas from Democrats and Republicans, weave them into a scaled down bill, and win passage of a bill that will be both bipartisan and enjoy the support of the country? Wouldn?t that be a good way to get started on serious health care reform so that we can also turn our attention back to jobs? I wish Pat Moynihan were at Blair House to whisper in the President?s ear. Who thinks this summit is going to be more than a show to try and make the GOP look bad and give Obama and company an excuse to pass it any way they can?
  8. It is like a completely different mindset Ren. Teachers on the whole (that means not 100%) are as far radical Liberal as you can get. They live and breath the Government tit and part of their agenda is to shape minds and behaviors. In many places they are pushing things like conditioning small children in kindergarden to be more accepting of alternative lifestyles under the guise of sex education. New childrens books with gay themes have been put into the classrooms as well as specific classes even to 1st graders. Now some say, what's wrong with that, being more accepting is a good thing right? Well, consider that even back in my day sexual identity was a difficult time for children. New hormones and thoughts were confusing and tough to deal with and if you insert a lifetime of the school cramming your head with information of how good these other methods of sex can be then I am sure some will have been led to try these things that normally would not have. None of this has anything to do with education and getting ready to enter the workplace. The vice principle calling the child in to accuse him of selling drugs was a clear example that these people were spying on the children and taking random pictures to look at. I cannot believe that using this blind method of randomly snapping pictures had never resulted in obtaining images that were showing children in various states of undress. I bet there were a few of the most pretty girls who got a little more 'random' pictures taken than anyone else.....or maybe it was the pretty boys. Sick, just sick.
  9. Damn, talk about hitting the nail on the head
  10. I'm with you brother, that is a real life changing tramp stamp.
  11. Even under the mighty Regan, funding increased for things like welare and foodstamps hugo. I agree that these things are out of control and most of them need massive changes but at the same time people like you put down someone for small things that may look like their welfare, you then turn around and help a real socialist like Obama get elected into office. Most of your fellow Libertarians voted for Obama, now how do you square that result with the thing they publically claim to believe in?
  12. I guess that would make you Thurston B. Howell, III. Your still fully in line with attacking everyone Obama and company does not like so your clearly on their side.
  13. No, because then it would look like your face
  14. lol, that was funny
  15. This little summit they are having is all smokescreen, they want to try and say "hey we tried to work with them, but they are just unreasonable. We had to do something".
  16. Exactly, lol.
  17. Thanks, I believe your right, I want to see how this looks when it heals.

    The True TJ

Your not much of a topic starter because you don't want to, it is not like it is difficult. If you want to discuss justin timberlake you can easily do so, you do not have to do it in this thread and the only reason your doing it in this thread is to offer it as much attention as you can. As I already said, if your intentions are to be a good part of this community, then leave this thread behind and move foward instead of only trying to play the victim. You not a victim Ren, you have been posting flames on me at other non-involved forums for over a year now, you lots that forum when it shut down so now your here, there is nothing new about your stalking me, the only new part is you starting to do it on this fourm. So, click on the new thread button and show us what you got. I am actually looking foward to it.

    The True TJ

Well you are posting in a thread specifically attacking me Ren. If you want a different direction then who is stopping you from making a new thread and starting over? I am talking about the topic of the thread, what are you talking about? You want to move forward past this mess, then simply take the first step. If your really not here just to attack me that is. We will see from your own actions and the threads you make what your here for and go from there. I can forgive you for your stalking me and trying to start trouble for me here if you can let the past go and move foward..........I hope you choose to let the past go, you were a wonderful person before you got mixed up with Alex. I would love to see that lady again.

    The True TJ

Ren, it was you and your buddy Haq who created the thread together, trying to pretend like you knew nothing about it is stupid. Your first post was to say I was stalking you, but that is a lie, it is you who is stalkign me and your showing up at this forum proves it. As the Boss just said and I said as well, if your truly interested in being a productive member of this forum then even I welcome you with open arms. This thread is only about the lie being told by you and Haq that I am stalking you when it was actully you and Haq that was stalking me. Even now your at the other forum deleting threads and locking threads trying to hide the fact that your following me around the internet, not the other way around. You posted several attacks on me at the myd2 forum before they shut down so you had to go looking for me at another forum and here you are. So you make the choice, if you really like it here, go make some threads and show us what you have to offer instead of being a broken record trying to sound all innocent and pure when everyone can clearly see your only reason to come here was me. By the way, just to further prove your need to be dishonest, you claimed I called for you to be banned, that never happend and I challenge you to show where I ever said such a thing. I said you and Haq bringing your dirty laundry to this forum was not within the rules of this forum and you should not have done that. I never asked for any punnishment for your rule infraction, I simply pointed out you were breaking the rules. Oh, a piece of advise, trying to claim Cloaked was not capable of reading your posts correctly might not be the best thing to do, he is fully capable of reading what you said and also seeing through your smokescreen and dodging attempts. No, I am no angel, but you bringing your dirty laundry to this forum out of spite and a need for revenge clearly proves a lot about your character. So if you want to get along, I am all for it, let's leave this flame thread behind and go out there and see what we can talk about.............you can always make a thread about how sexy you thing justin is as your first step.

    The True TJ

Don't try to change the subject Ren, this is the thread you and Haq created and the topic is your obsession of me that drove you to chase me here on this forum. Your only here because you desire revenge on me for exposing your dark side at other places. How about telling everyone how several other mods at this same forum had to step in and stop your obsession you had against me a couple years ago Ren. What is your excuse for that? Were they my mouthpiece too Ren? Why is it the only people you consider reasonable are those who help you to feed your anger against people? Your also ranting against Alex for banning you from his forum......and this character flaw your showing now was one of the reasons Alex had to remove you.

    The True TJ

Lie, you already admit to chasing me here and creating a account to flame me, then you accused Snafu of being a blind mouthpiecs just because he saw through your lies. Your the stalker Ren, your only motivation is to cause me as much trouble as you can because your obsessed with me.

    The True TJ

Haq and you made the thread Ren, don't pretend like you had nothing to do with it. You two have been tag teaming me at the other forum every day and when I decided to let you guys calm down and not post there for a few days, you had to come after me here. Your only reason to be here is me.

    The True TJ

BS Ren. You did not have to click the link. You did not have to create a account. You did not have to reply in this flame thread. Even if you did just check out a link Haq sent you, everything after was your direct actions all driven by a search for revenge you feel from hard feelings you hold from another forum. Just a couple days ago at the other fourm you said this: And yet, here you are, chasing me down on a completely different forum, posting here only because I am here. You motive is clear Ren, too bad your the stalker with ill intent, not me. Hell, I am no angel and I have certaily done my fair share of negative things in my life, but nobody can ever say I have chased someone to other forums for the sole purpose of feeding a revenge monster.
  25. Double standards as usual.
