  1. You almost sound surprised Ted was willing to work with other Leaders who hate us.......pretty much all of the "upper crust" of the Democrat party are kissing behinds with the most radical leaders, it is just our luck that some of the worse want even more than the Liberals are giving. Even the Terrorists were polled and they said they want liberals to be in charge of America because they know Liberals are going to back off from them, run away. Look what were doing with the CIA investigations ordered by Obama. We are telling our intelligence community that they are expendable if the current administration needs to get attention off them and onto the past administration. If I worked intelligence under the Obama Whitehouse, I would be treading water, not because I didn't want to stop attacks, but because Obama will choose to defend terrorists over Americans any day of the week just to make himself look good in the eyes of the radicals.
  2. . And no fellas, there is not a 'mute' button anywhere in that mess
  3. Well it was right after my senior prom I started saying it (for obvious reasons) and I'm 43 (about to be 44) so that was a tad earlier than yours.....but maybe it came from a movie or song to inspire it......all I know is "I'M off" was a popular way of saying goodbye and after some interesting happenings at the prom, I added the "like a prom dress" part.
  4. Well I won't say much because I know you hate to admit how far things and "mothers" have declined in just a few short years but I have been stressing this change for a long time because if ladies like this would rather give money away to a sh!thead instead of saving it for their kids, then there has been some real change at the core of the average woman that causes me a great deal of sadness. How do we reinstall a maternal instinct? I'm not trying to put women down, I am asking how do we help them to get back to what society and their children need?
  5. Pardon my ignorance but don't you guys up north have Korean restaurants to take your unwanted cats to?
  6. Yes, that is the remains of stacy wilson I was talking about. You can find pictures of her all over the place. She was getting on a bus when a stalker grabbed her, put a rope around her neck then dragged her out to the street where he chopped off her hand then her head.
  7. Well I am sure I said it first, lol. My best crappy pick up line: "That dress would look great on the floor next to my bed." Or: "Wanna go halves on a bastard?"
  8. I love to watch all sports but I have few 'favorite' teams these days. 20 years ago when you had a sports team it was made up of the same players year after year, they were like a family you were connected to.....these days in professional sports you can be cheering on a guy one week and booing him on the other team the next week, to me they have ruined a lot of teams with this. I love football, the Pats winning so many games with usually one of the lowest salary caps is impressive, I was stationed in Colorado so you can't live there without catching Bronco fever, the mile high stadium is always sold out every season no matter how their playing. But I have mostly turned to college sports because there you can still find love of the game, passion of the "TEAM" and a drive to perform for each other. And of course my Alma Mater, the University of Florida, is my favorite team. If they hold together, Florida will be the college football team to beat this year, we lost few starters and have Tim Tebow leading the pack again, it should be an interesting season for us to say the least
  9. Yes, I agree, nothing he ever did made up for that girls death by his hand. I did see a few pieces of the memorial for him and this was the best part: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BO6SsA6_vEI]YouTube - The Impossible Dream - Sen. Kennedy Celebration of Life Service[/ame] I actually like Brian Stokes, he has a great voice.
  10. Unfortunately not Ali, I remember the stacy wilson event very clearly. Her stalker attacked her as she got on a bus, I did a short story on it back when it happened for my church newspaper.
  11. A few years ago me and some friends actually took the time to design a new trial/appeals process with the idea of actually providing a solution to the long appeals process but still allow the chance to find errors, I will offer a very short outline of our idea: All capital crimes to be video recorded to include all sidebars and meetings in Judges chambers. Once a verdict of guilty is found, the Government provides the defense a copy of the tapes within 30 days. The defense then has 90 days to create a complete list of "ALL" appeals. They use video tags to provide context and content. If they believe 40 things were done wrong, then all 40 must be included on that list, no changes or additions are allowed after that 90 days. The list and video is passed by the prosecuters office who has 60 days to provide rebuttal of the appeals, again point by point in writing. The final product of both is then sent to a 3 Judge (many of these can be formed) appeals court that reviews each appeal, point by point going down the list. NO LAWYERS talking to the Judges, it is law, no need for theatrics. If all of the appeals are denied, the process is over. They can then apply to the federal/suppreme court but everything is done on the State level. There are actually pages of details we outlined but I severely simplified the idea for the sake of posting as short as possible here. In my opinion, the death penalty is not very effective as a deterrent for two reasons, it takes too long to kill the scumbag after the crime so there is no direct crime/punnishment connection, and second, even when it is done, it is too well hidden, they should at the least to pay-per-view and public hangings would be even better.
  12. That "vagueness" is the heart and soul of modern legislation. They can shape the real purpose with the burcracy, all they need is the funding, get their foot in the door and then change it into whatever they want it to be, that is the same thing their doing with this very vague Obamacare legislation, the panels and burcracy will provide the specifics, they just need their foot in the door.

    Newt

I wonder if he would find it reasonable to stand on a porch screaming at a cop, lol.
  14. Again being the key word in that sentence. I am with you Chi, take them off the streets, kill them if possible, but once someone has demonstrated they are willing to do these kinds of things to other people (especially children) then why ever give them a chance to do it again? It brings to mind the "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me" saying where if your fooled by someone one time they should feel bad about doing that, but if you let the same person fool you again then that is your fault. I even say the same thing about people they say are "crazy" at the time they did something horrible. What does it matter if they were crazy? If their capable of tranforming into a monster one time, then they are capable of doing it a second time. They still did it, never give them a chance to do it again is what I say. I know many people will say that these criminals can "redeem" themselves and pay their debt to society but in my opinion the innocence of a child is priceless. The fear struck in a raped woman who will never be able to forget the attack is priceless. How do you place a "price" on damage done to people that can never be undone? What is the price of a human life? How can someone pay that debt off? I'm sorry but I do not see it as possible to pay back these kinds of debt to society, once you have crossed certain lines you have proven yourself to be worthless in my eyes and should never be allowed back into society. . .

  16. Well that would be interesting if he was responsible for many murders. He also did a phone interview where he is talking about some kind of big story that is in the hands of the FBI and they were glad to get the information and it is about him turning his life around. He sounds very delusional Video
  17. "Sweating harder than a Liberal trying to read a book."
  18. When the car in front of you is not going but the light is green: "That is the only shade of green it get's." "It is the little skinny peddle on the right."
  19. Exactly, the idea of someone checking up on this scumbag is to protect society, obviously in California, that is not the case. And I fully support your first suggestion. At the very least she knew, and that is enough to say she no longer deserves to be in society. I would also support a public hanging for someone like this. In fact that is my suggestion to most crimes, public executions, maybe even pay-per view to raise money for victim rights groups. That would be a deterrent to crime.
  20. Talking with emkay I was talking about a saying I made up: "Off like a prom dress". I used to say this all the time, I thought it was pretty funny and ladies always shook their finger at me when I said it, lol. I don't know how original it is but I have another one I like to use: "Sweating like two rats screwing in a wool sock." Do any of you have original or funny sayings you like to use?
  21. Yes, the wife is supposed to have been there but she was also at the home and knew all about the abuse, she is just as guilty as him. The stories I have seen say he had tents and bushes set up to try and hide what he was doing but a professional officer should have saw something was wrong just showing up unnanounced. There is no excuses for the many officers not catching this a long time ago.
  22. Well I agree with you there, let the victim family take care of them and save the State a lot of money. I was just talking about how the system we have has law enforcement who are supposed to be checking him out every now and then so why did they miss a sex slave?
  23. We agree on more then we don't, but "FUN" to not agree with me? I guess maybe, I will bow to your greater experience in that area for judgement I suppose, lol.
  24. Thanks, that is a huge compliment comming from you.
  25. There is an endless supply of Obama promises to reform medical care, he only recently changed his plan when it was clear the people were not responding to his scare tactics. But, he has such a hardon for his socialist agenda he is not listening to the American people again when they say they are happy with their insurance too. Most people expect to pay for what they get in life, healthcare has a cost.......imagine that, lol. Smart to a degree, but still not what the people want. The people have spoken, most are against the Government takeover of healthcare, will the elitist Obama listen? Boring? I find it exciting that the American people have stood up so powerfully to fight against big Government. You can litterly draw a line on his approval ratings and show his decline is directly linked to his trying to force this plan on us even thought we do not want it. Let's look at it this way, Obama has massive charisma so people will tend to like him even if they hate his policies so his personal numbers going down fast are a good indicator, but a much better indicator is how poorly the average American rates the Congress. If they were crafting something the people wanted and doing a great job in fighting the Republicans, then why are the approval numbers for congress so very low? Obviously the people are unhappy with a bunch of liberals who refuse to listen to the people who voted them into office. Better informed than the elected officials who have not even read the bills obviously. They are not ignorant just because they do not buy the lies Bender. You know as well as I do that there are no solid numbers anywhere to be found. According to the 2007 census http://www.census.gov/hhes/www/hlthins/hlthin07/p60no235_table6.pdf There were around 37 million Americans without insurance, and another 10 million illegals in America without insurance. Talking about Americans only (Taxpayers should not be paying for illegals) 9 million uninsured make over 75k and can easily afford insurance but they "chose not to" buy insurance that is available to them. 8 million make between 50k and 74,999, again, they should be able to afford insurance as well. So off the top you can take 17 million people off the 37 million list because their not having insurance is completely voluntary. The crazy numbers come in with the remaining 20 million and most of those are already on public assistence and receiving medical care but they are on government care, not private insurance so they get to add them to the totals. I believe the real number is around 5 to 10 million who actually "need" help but trying to give some understanding and even making an error in favor of the Liberals in an attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt, clearly at best they can claim is 15 million who have nothing, no kind of healtchare and that is really giving them a lot of understanding. I do not see why we need to rip apart 20% of our economy to help 4% of the population.
