I can!
After all, NONE of my firearms were even POINTED at a human being, for
any reason.

Uh, yes it has.
USENET is proof that there was nothing useful to be found in his cranium.

The History of Roger Denny on Usenet seems to agree that.. Yes! He is!

The guns are not prohibited therefore the guns are legal. It
was their misuse that was illegal.

AFAIK it is one of those "few" federal pokes into the states
business that you must be 21 to be in possession of a hand gun if you
are not a law enforcement officer or military. Where I am it is hand
guns and rifles. When I was 18 I became a reserve sheriff's deputy. As a
reserve I had to use my personal weapon and my stepdad had to purchase
my side arm as in Louisiana you must be 21 to purchase a hand gun or a
rifle.

Ah, from the Va state police web site:

"What is the legal age to purchase or possess a firearm?
A person must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle or
shotgun. To purchase a handgun from a licensed firearms dealer, you must
be at least 21 years of age, pursuant to federal law. For statutory
regulations concerning underage persons possessing firearms, refer to
Virginia Code

What an incredibly uninformed and ignorant thought. Explain the Autobahn.

It is undeniable that Ted Kennedy was DUI and drove off a bridge and that
subsequently a passenger died. Those facts are irrefutable.

Now any firearm I bought new has definitely not killed anyone. I have 3
former law enforcement guns. Had they been used to kill a bad guy? Unknown.

I also have a Garand, an M1 Carbine, a Mauser, 2 Enfields and an Arisaka. 1
Enfield and the Mauser were stored immediately after manufacture. The Garand,
the Carbine, the Arisaka and 1 Enfield were all manufactured (according to
serial numbers and other identifying marks) at a time when it is possible
they could have been issued to combat troops.

No firearm that I own or was owned by me has been used in the commision of
any criminal act by me icluding but not limited to the taking of another
human life. In fact I have bever been responsible for the death of another
human being intentionally or otherwise, with or without a firearm.

So I can safely say that Ted Kennedy is responsible for the death of more
human beings than I have irrespective of the tool.

Will ther be anything else?

Mary Jo Kopechne died as a result of oxygen deprivation due to the water.
I was in fact the water that killed her.
So Mr. Rodger Denney, prove that none of the water in your house has killed anyone.

What do you mean, there are no records, there are plenty of records. The
car held the girl under the water till she drowned. Actually they should
charge kennedy with double homicide for murdering his unborn child and
girlfriend. He killed her because she was pregnant with his kid so he
wanted her out of the way. I don't even believe he was in the car when
it went in the water. She was drugged and passed out and he let the car
intentionally go in the water without him. He then waited 18 hours
before reporting it to make sure she was good and dead. They should dig
her up and do drug and DNA tests on both her and the kid.

Well, since there is no record of Ted Kennedy's car killing any persons,
you must prove your gun killed less than zero persons.

This should be interesting.

Well, that is not exactly proof, but we can work with it. Can you
REALLY show evidence that your guns have killed -1 people?

And what does that say about YOUR ignorance?

Never mind, it was a rhetorical question. Look it up...

Either follow along and keep up or don't reply. If lower speed
limits are the answer, explain the Autobahn.
