DRUMROLL ROB!!!

I SCORED A JOB, FULLY PAID SALARY AT AMIGOS LAST NIGHT!!!!!

I START AS SECOND CHEF IN TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!! YYYYEEEEHHHHAAAAAAA!!!

WOW!!!

Couldn't believe it when they offered me the position last night when we finished!!!

I will no longer be: dish pig, dish *****, kitchen *****!!! I will be running the kitchen!!!

A stressful job but when when the going gets tough, Jammer gets going!!!!

Anyway just thought I would let you know...

RAVYN AND I ARE PAINTING TODAY!!!

SO I will let you go and talk to you soon.

Hey Jammer! I haven't ever commented on your journal yet, though I've read through it a couple times *gasps*! I always forget to comment =( Meh say hi to Rav for me! I'll read your journal again before I comment. I feel really in the dark lol!

Wow. I managed to read through all 12 pages of your journal ^.^ You write really interesting stuff. I'm so sorry about what you've had to endure from the beginning but it's great to know you have awesome people like Ravynlee to help you through. I mean the stuff about your husband...your kids...your past... it's really a lot, but you sound like a really strong woman emotionally and physically. For that I really admire you ^.^ Congradulations on getting your job as a Chef! Cooking wo0t lol! I can barely bake cookies without burning them. *Actually I put a pizza in the oven today and half of it got burnt*. At least your job is something you enjoy! Hey had an ok night at work. Watched how the orders came in and were worked out among the chefs!!! A lot of work!! But I'm going to give it a real shot, never know in a couple of years they might end up training me to actually become a qualified Chef!!! No I am not a chef yet, but have almost twenty years of working in the industry!!!

I am not saying a word about the position to anyone who works there. They are going to have a staff meeting and announce it there and then. I didn't realise how healthy Mexican food is. Or how yummy!!! It is mad. I love it.

I forgot to take home the dinner I had ordered on Thursday night for Ravyn and I so yesterday when I went in to work out hours for yesterday (Friday) I cooked our lunch, Buffalo Wings with Honey Mustard and a rice that they do up with capsicum and pine apple and other yummy stuff. She had a Bourdon and coke, sorry couldn't help it and I had a bundy rum and coke. We sat in the empty restaurant and ate. It was fun and we talked about if ever we werre asked where we would bring the band for a feed it would have to be 'Amigos'!!!

I was doing up tomato salad last night and jammed my ring finger so bad in the salad press that I now have a big huge blood blister under my nail. Looks as though I am going to lose the nail!!! OUCH!!! **** it hurt like AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! Today it is hot and swollen, **** that sounds almost sexual (Get your mind out of the gutter JammerG).

I think you can all tell I am over the moon about work, everything seems to be turning out well!!

HAIL TO TWI, HYBI AND SS1!

Today is sunday, and of all things we had a staff meeting. (Many groaned about going many didn't turn up!! double groan) Today I was introduced as the new second chef!!!! ******* amazing!!! A really big Waahoooo!!! And I got my first and last written warning - Nat, cute cook at work, and I set off fireworks out the back car park at work... We got found out... I didn't dob the others in - Loyal ****** I am.

I also had an interview for my position. Freaky I am incharge of Staff. Kitchen Staff. If Ravyn gets a job at my work I am in charge. That is freaky. I have around six staff beneath me, and I work with conflict resolution etc, as well as using my creativity to inspire mouth watering meals... YUMMY!!!

I will be on trial for three months learning the position, and then I get full salary if I work out!!! Love it dearly. I will do my best. They were desperate enough to ask, I am wild and outgoing enough to give it a go.!!!

So anyway that is my post... for today OH

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY FOR TOMORROW TO ALL OF THE AMERICAN LPFers!!!! I WISH I WAS THERE AND AMERICAN... YES I WOULD LOVE TO BE THERE MADLY!! I am open to adoption... you know older sister type. (hehehe Jammer looks to the stars outside wishing)

Last night I did my first Traning night as enchy Chef.!!!

OMFG!!! Fries n rice with this, Wedges and rice with that, Guac, salsa and sour cream. Enchy sauce and cheese. Chimmys: Beef, Chicken or Bean???

HOW DID I FEEL AT THE END OF THE NIGHT... a little freaked out but happy.

Its all good!!

Anyway at work working while Ravyn paints. I can't wait to scan the pics onto the computer and send them all out. Ravyn and I have done a fantastic Job!! Two walls left to go once this one is done!!!

Wow last night was good, My mate Nat, who I work with is so cute... He now sports a goatee full of little plaits, Cheeky. And man I have tonight off to watch the state of origin final...GO QUEENSLANDER!!!.

Anyway work was good last night. Did Enchy training again so it's all good. But with my Boss!!!! Fun and FReaky!!!

Man just found out that they are having a dedication or whatever to honor our art here at work!!! so it's all good in a way!!! Totally freaky can't wait!!! Jammer jumps up and down WAHOO!!! WAHOO!!!
