Eh, I agree. I hate being the noob around the place because (especially on certain forums) you just feel like nobody really listens to you.... "they're new, their posts don't count."

Actually I don't even feel that an integrated part of this community, much as I love it. I'm just a kind of insecure person I guess... does anyone else feel like that?

dont worry Becks, I still feel like that sometimes..

but I just ignore the feeling..not that easy but can make it happen

I think it's nice how everyone usually gets on really well here... and there's no sort of "hierarchy" - mods and elites looking down on noobs, if you see what I mean.

Haha I did at first. I felt like I was intruding and nothing I said was even looked at. But then I made a few friends here, and I'm a lot more comfortable about posting now. Don't worry! I guess some members are a lot closer together because of the time they spent together, or what no. Sometimes I don't feel much like a people person.

Just for the record, I always read everybodies post when I'm on a thread *Unless the thread was a couple months old and like 30 pages long o_0*. As much as I would like to reply to everybody, it's not possible lol. I like to argue quite a lot sometimes but eh =) So don't feel like your post is unwanted. Not for me anyway :thumbsup: .

Ive been here since June 2004 and have 700+somein posts that are not spam [Which is why I really havent broken 1000 yet] Also, Im either on or check in every day that I can to see whats goin on. And I dunno, I guess Im just waiting for someone to realize im here and make me green ;)

Oh yeah, and also I actually report spam and stuff thats in the wrong place all the time!! :p

I guess ill just wait and see what happens... :(

I'd say you deserve it, along with many others. But asking for it won't help your chances tho.

Haha, thanks. Yeah, many do deserve it. I guess with ATLien not being on much lately he hasnt been able to go and see if he wants to make anyone Elite... i dunno. And Im not really asking for it... Im just kinda saying, "Hey Im here" and whatever happens, happens :p

Thats a good question... *wonders* I guess you could just ask around to see when people where made elite. ;)

And yeah, Im in and out at random times like evey day but I dont really post unless I feel its important so it dosent always seem like im on that much. I guess its a good thing. :p

Yah, mine went away at around 600... It mighta gone away sooner, but there was a while after I first joined and had about 100 posts where I hadent visited for a while. But then I came back and heve been here ever since. No more of a newbie feeling for me :p

I don't consider myself a noob now (at least I hope I'm not! :p ) It's just than when you are the noob, you feel really unwanted.

Weird how some people fit in right away, and others just feel like they don't.

like for instance I´m member at this another forum and I´ve psted like more then 700 posts but still I dont know any member there! and I have been there for almost 1 yr now.

You´re not a noob anymore so dont worry :thumbsup:

Elite is not THAT big of a deal, its just a green name and access to another forum. lol.

I dont remember being a blue member *thinks really hard*
