A smile is the first thing I notice.

Another thing that really turns me off is when guys are ****y and think they are God's gift to women.

I knew this guy once, he was REALLY nice, BUT he had stains on his teeth like I had never seen, there were some green ones, not like spinach stuck in his teeth but like someone had colored part of the tooth green and then there were black stains as well. A close friend of mine told me he would be a great person to go out with but just talking to the guy made my stomach turn because of those stains in his teeth. If I could talk with him and not see his teeth I was fine. I just could'nt imagine kissing someone with teeth like that. I think I might have been sick from it.

I suppose it depend on the body we are referring to. When I think undersized, I think of big girls in spandex or daisy-dukes. That is just nasty.
Even on a good body there is such a thing as too small. Breasts smashed flat by the shirt, and back-fat hanging over the top of undersized low riding jeans is just sloppy looking, even on a decent body.

Women that smoke and women that cuss. I know it is hypocritical. I enjoy a good cigar, and I am certainly no saint when it comes to use of the more colorful parts of the English language, but it is different for women than men.
I like classy women, and those two things can ruin the most beautiful woman for me. There is nothing sexy or sultry about a woman with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. A woman that cusses like a sailor is not attractive. The word that most readily comes to mind when seeing these things is 'trashy'.
