Some of TJ's statements are a bit outlandish.

In a recent poll of pedophiles 100% thought near naked children dancing like whores was OK.

So yeah, I'd say my concern was justified. . . The law as originally written would have been struck down as a violation of the 4th Amendment. The wording was vague at best and allowing almost unlimited search powers at worst. Of course racists don't really give a damn about the Bill of Rights.

The revision fixes the problem I had with the bill. If the police are simply verifying legal status of individuals who would have been asked for identification anyways I see little problem from a civil liberties standpoint. We all know what happened with the general welfare and commerce clauses of the Constitution when they weren't specifically defined.

Abnormal Psych 101. I really don't feel like digging through all my psych books at the moment so I'll use this as an example: Yes, there are probably some sickos that would enjoy watching the video, but the majoriy of pedo's(those who like kids) like the kids to look like kids, otherwise, they wouldn't be pedo's.
