The most important thing you need to do right now is make the decision. Figure out what you do want. It may take some time, that's ok. Just be sure you choose the right one.

as i said on msn man, it'll hurt, for a long time, i'm not gonna sugar it, cos it will hurt for a long time.... i'm still getting over telling someone i love to get out of my life completely... but once your over all that, you'll be stronger, cos you'll have got over this hard time, we're all here for you, your other mates... keep strong (i know i keep saying it but you need to! )

ok...I just wrote a poem about abby....I need you guys to decide whether or not I should read it to her....
