About .70 to .87 cents to the dollar taken is wasted on buracracy. So those that the Government is claiming to be helping only get a tiny portion of the money the Government collects to provide that help. Compared to religious based charities who get .98 cents of every dollar directly to the needy.....that proves there is a big problem with the Government provided assistance. Simple economics, you cannot tax the rich. The rich own businesses and when you tax the rich they just treat it like any other cost of doing business and pass it down to the consumer. The Liberals get the illusion of taxing the rich but the reality of severely hurting the poor, the people they claim to be trying to help.

Finally, one Liberal who admits everything they do is . I wonder, we are not running out of money, we are already out of money and falling fast. Where does the money come from to pay for all this ? Right now Canada ships premature births and heart failure cases out of Canada and into America because their own system cannot handle the flow. Right now hundreds of thousands of Canadians come to America to get medical treatments that are needed but not emergency because they cannot sit at home and suffer over a year to get treatments. If the Canadian system is so great, why has a massive industry opend up in Canada for medical travel? Private Medical Services ? Timely Medical Alternatives Medical Tourism Services - Best hospitals overseas for affordable healthcare . The waiting list problems are so bad Canada even has an annual conferance called "The Taming of the Queue". So even Canada's suppreme Court has openly admitted that Canadians are dying while waiting for treatments. You think that is better medical care? Right now America is the main relief valve for the failures of the Canadian system, once we change to their kind of system suddenly their already massive waiting times will explode, they will not have us to bail them out as we do with their premature births and such so then what? Universal health care sucks universally. Oh don't forget Canada's much worse cancer mortality rates, mostly driven by having to wait months before being able to start treatments, they litterally are killed by the waiting lists.

All of Obama's policies are one lie after the other. When Obama promised to cross the asiles if elected he ment he would cross the asile to spit in the non-socialists' faces. Obama is the most partisan President I can personally remember, he will not even consider Conservative alternatives to big Government controlling everything in our lives. I keep saying that the leadership of the Democratic party want to transform America into one big daycare facility, with them controlling our food, our medical, our banks, and even our recreation. I hate to say it but I believe we are close to the point of no return with turning socialist. Taxes can be changed, deficits can be slowly paid down but if Obama gets this healthcare passed that will be forever. This "American plan" Obama has for the future of healthcare is to remove all other insurance companies and have just the Government plan. Then they simply order down the costs by refusing to pay more than "X" amount for each service or item. It will force the same waiting lines Canada has because if you remove the profit, you remove those who are willing to be in the medical fields. You remove any reason to invent new treatments and precedures. You close hospitals and clinics who can no longer pay their bills. You eliminate all competition because everyone gets the same money for the same procedure no matter if their good or not.

Well I am still going with either three years or seven, depending on if Obama gets a second term or not. This guy would qualify for a cabinet possition in the administration if he could have squeeked out of trouble. I was more moved by the minority vote, 4 of our justices believed the reverse discrimination was perfectly fine. To think one justice different and we would live under a much different kind of Government without the Constitution. I want to ammend my comment, it is not reverse discrimination....it is just discrimination. Any discrimination is wrong, even if it is against a while male. Consider the possition of the town and Sotomayor for a moment. These Liberals are saying that blacks cannot compete against whites if the playing field is a level one.........why? The rules for the tests were made clear to everyone. The training and access to information was the same for everyone. Everyone had the same abilities to study and prepare so why didn't the blacks perform as well? If you ask me blacks are just as capable as whites so what was the defining factor of why men and women of the same mental "potential" performed at a much lower level? To me it can only be motivation. There are stories of how the whites studied much more and one guy even spent over a thousand dollars to get help with his learning disability. Those who work the hardest should get the rewards of their harder work. If you ask me the practice of giving away promotions and jobs to people only because of their race and not because they have earned it is now having a very bad result. Now as usual the Liberals who claim to be the champions of minorities are the real racists. The think I point out about liberals over and over is how while they claim to be the party of the minority, the poor, the downtrodden....everythign they do actually hurts most of those who they claim to be helping. Who will be hurt the most by massive increases in heating/cooling costs? The poor. Who will be hurt by loss jobs caused by this legislation? The poor. Who is the big winner of these programs? The liberal elite. I find it interesting many talk about the excess spending of Bush when he had an all liberal congress against him, if they really wanted to curb his spending they could have done it. Obama has inherited the deficit caused by his fellow liberals, not Bush. The "stimulus package" (that caused me pain just to write it) spent more money with one swipe of Obama's pen then all of the war spending over 7 years of Bush in both Afganistan and Iraq. America is not going broke, we are already broke and we need to stop spending money we do not have.
