The problem Bender is other people are not taking their place and while the unfriendly environment is pushing jobs away, they also lose tax revinue while at the same time of that loss must now pay out money to support those who used to have jobs but now do not. Almost all of the industry America used to have but departed did so because of oppressive regulation and the fee had given to Unions to destroy the companies from within. If it was your billions of dollars you would not just throw it away either Bender. I remember a guy who owned a tape company. The employees were talking about bringing in a Union and forcing the owner to pay them more money and benefits. The owner never really spoke about it other than one time he told them he thought it would be a bad idea. The day after the employees voted in their Union and sent him their demands for more pay and benefits he came into work early and put a sign on the gate explaining the plant was now closed. His point was clear, this was his company, and he ran it and was not going to be held hostage by employees who had not spent one thin dime to build it into what is was, he would rather retire with the knowledge he was a success instead of watch his company slowly die because higher costs would edge him out of being able to compete against other companies who did not have the massive overhead the Unions forced on him.

For once I completely agree with Bender, this woman has a choice, she does not have to work for this employer and it is impossible to require all employers to conform with every religious twist and turn that could come up with all the many splinters of religions. If this woman has issues conforming with company policy, then she needs to go find herself another job. Who does the company belong to? Who sets the rules? Ten times more important is the setting, the environment, this specific job entails. They are trying to create a fantacy experience, a "Magic Kingdom" where people can leave their troubles behind and explore entertainment unfettered by the problems outside of the fences. Common sense tells us that they must have some other reason......... There are many unanswered questions about this mosque such as where the money is comming from that they refuse to answer and recently some disturbing quotes from this imam have been released that show he seems very sympathetic to terrorists: So terrorists are just trying to get attention? They are not criminals? I have said many times that I see this more agressive side of Islam to be similar to the dark ages with the Christians. I am sure you would agree that the crusades will forever go down in history as a Christian problem. Well like the Christians of old, a low percentage of Muslims are directly involved in the actual bad behaviors. Over 90% of all people who followed the Christian faith were not part of the radicals, but still this problem with bad behavior persisted until that majority of good Christians stepped up and stopped their radical elements themselves. I believe the Muslims must do as the Christians did and take full responsibility for their radical element themselves. As long as it is only the "infidels" who fight them, they will never stop and will always gain supporters, but once the good Muslims all band together and directly fight these radicals in their own circles, these radicals will no longer be able to lay claim of opposing "infidels" and it will take away their recruiting almost completely. Up to today, there has never been a unified voice of Muslims against the radicals. These same radicals live among them and recruit with their inflamed rhetoric among them where all can see. They are part of their communities and someone other than a radical know who they are and can turn them in but they choose not to......... Why? Why does a good Muslim stay silent? Why does a good Muslim even offer support for these terrorists? So yes, while I do understand that not all Muslims are attacking innocent people, I also understand that all Muslims are needed to step up and force out the radicals in their midst. The concept is subcontractors make a profit then the general contractor also adds in his profit, what we are doing is removing the extra contractor markup and finding other ways to cut the cost like we have a standard pay rate for all labor with all subs and we all share in the cost/profit of the home. We look for every way to reduct the cost such as the lot, an average small lot can cost between 20k to 35k where we have obtained an entire subdivision giving us the average lot cost of 7k, that helps. I already have CAD so I designed the homes and only had to pay for an engineer who only charged $500 per house because we kept the plans very simple. etc.... The main point is this is all community backed, everyone involved lives in the County and everyone we help must be a resident of the County for at least two years. Hi everybody, Just had a couple extra seconds and thought I would pop in and say hi. Life has gotten extra busy and no time for internet stuff lately. Most of you know I am in construction and got my contractor license almost two years ago. Well, I have for years been complaining that there are no "starter homes" (inexpensive basic homes for a young couple to buy as their beginner home) available anymore because of government regulations and fees pushing the price of even a basic home so high that a young couple could not really afford it. Well, I decided to stop being a complainer and try to do something about it so I have formed an alliance of builders to do just that. We have accuired a subdivision that was up for past due taxes and are working to build homes that are intended only for starting out young people. We have already picked up several sponsors and a few donations from the local community and I am very excited at how everything just seems to be falling into place almost as I work foward. But, this eats up almost all of my free time. Things like posting here was fdone during dead time at work, my homelife was already full so I had to make some changes. I still do job estimating but I rarely go to the office and work from home. I had to purchase a plotter so I could print full sized scale prints to do my takeoffs with and I take less jobs than I used to because I have to spend so much time on the homes. I actually put my own pouches back on and am framing again, I never thought I would do that but this is the one way among many ways I am keeping the cost down on the homes. So far we have 5 prospective young families who have qualified and 7 more in the process, I only have 3 homes close to be ready though so I have to keep up a fast pace. Just to guve you guys an idea, the average price on what the industry considers a "basic home" is about $115,000 to $125,000 and few young adults can afford to make the payments even if they can get the financing. Our homes are targeting $82,000 and the donations have made it possible for me to offer a line item discount to the first 5 people I already have approved of $3,000, that will give them a new home at $79,000. Well I wasn't at first, with all the changes on the forum I was not sure if something they changed altered the rep numbers but I did eventually notice hundreds of positive rep dissapear in a very short time and being curious, I started watching to see who was spamming the negative rep. I don't really mind them doing it, if I was interested in a popularity contest I would have "conformed" a long time ago but I did see it as funny they had to stoop so low, lol. How many people used the roads compared to how many used the drug? Do you even know what drug kills an addict when they are usually on so many at the same time? The problem is, the damage was done, there was no way to "fix" the racial harms caused by Obama shooting off his mouth and painting an entire police force as racist before he knew all the facts. But, Obama plays the race card in other ways as well, by getting his detractors to do it for him. People say the "only" reason folks oppose his policies is because he is black, you have made the same claim in the past Bender. When these other prominent people make the claims, Obama can either stay silent and let the race card be played "for him" or he can himself step up and denounce the claims, by choosing to stay silent, Obama is agreeing with the race card tactic.

Actually Fox reported fairly, in fact Fox was the only Network that gave Hillary a fair shake during the campaign because the main Networks were all in the bag for Obama. Why not just report the news Bender? You always try to cover up the actions of the main Networks with counter accusations against Fox.....why? Why would it matter what Fox does? I don't know why you think driving on a road is dangerious, do you have any idea how many people drive on roads without incident?
